sorry meat people, but this is gross. i don't find meat all that disgusting in and of itself, or cheese for that matter. but there's a line, and this loaf has crossed it. cheeseburgers are all good and fine, when they are on a bun and you have some produce and condiments on top. i used to love a good cheeseburger. but you can't just stick an alarmingly large amount of ground beef into a pan with some american cheese and call it a recipe. i guess when this cookbook was put out in 1954 people didn't know much about heart disease, but now we have something called doctors, and they have figured out with science that you can't eat shit like this all the time. because it's gross.
