they're ok, i guess. it's cool that they are solar. also they (at last some) might have wifi, which would be really nice. i'm not sure i like the red waves, although i should go see it for myself before i judge. it seems like muni's been slowly moving toward a red-grey-black color scheme since they bought the last round of light rail trains, but the buses are still the traditional white-amber-orange (giants) color scheme, and that's the color scheme i most associate with muni and the city. market street shelters are reportedly going to be amber instead of red.
by the way, what the fuck is wrong with newsom?
"I'm looking forward to seeing this shelter looking like this four, five, ten years from now. I'll be driving by--and riding by, because little do you know I take Muni in spite of some of those who wish I didn't so they'd have another reason to criticize me."
he can barely contain his hatred for this city. it's true, we little know that you take muni because no one ever sees you on muni except maybe once a year when you take it a block or two for a photo op. muni doesn't go to l.a. or sacramento, so where would he be taking it anyway?
I like where they say that wi-fi will be expanded "as long as no problems arise".
